Jessy Grossman (@socialmediaagent) has made a career out of connecting the right people and is passionate about supporting women in business. Beyond her work with WIIM, Jessy created the social media influencer department at Don Buchwald & Associates, a bi-coastal talent agency in its 40th year. This successful new department procures and negotiates opportunities for social media talent to monetize their large social media following with major brands and media companies.  Jessy’s deals create lucrative opportunities for her diverse client list to create buzz worthy entertainment that engages audiences and drives profits for companies like Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Walmart, Volvo and others from start-ups to Fortune 500s.  Since 2009, Jessy has been at the forefront of the digital content revolution. Building on her technology prowess and experience in production, Jessy’s talent representation has led to the creation of new business models and exponential revenue growth for her clients.

Morgan Kaye (@morganbkaye) is VP of Community + Support at Bloglovin’, where she is responsible for influencer partnerships, community growth, social media, and support.  She has been actively working with influencers for the last 8 years and has been working in the digital space for more than 10.  Prior to joining the Bloglovin' team, Morgan held similar influencer responsibilities at Mode Media f/k/a Glam Media, as well as at more traditional media companies such as Viacom + Dreamworks.    Morgan loves working within the influencer market and is extremely passionate about this quickly evolving digital landscape. She has been a speaker at ALT Summit, Generation Beauty, Simply Stylist, and HGTV as well as, recently hosted her own Skillshare Course, “From Blog To Business: Content Community, and Working with Brands.”  Morgan’s Skillshare video is their highest ranked course for writing + blogging.

Lauren McGrath (@lamcgrath) is the Vice President of Talent Partnerships & Influencer Strategy at Refinery29. As one of the key team members that launched Here and Now, Refinery29's influencer collective, Lauren leads the New York team that retains cultural tastemakers, digital influencers and celebrities for R29's array of branded partnerships. Lauren's team has cast thousands of talent across hundreds of unique programs with partners including Gucci, LaneBryant, Samsung, Target, and Google.  Previously, Lauren worked in content and talent development at Scripps Networks Interactive. She began her career in the Television department at Creative Artists Agency.

Chelsea Naftelberg (@chelseaoutloud) is the Director of Influencer & Content at ATTENTION where she is responsible for building, harnessing & developing a robust network of creators and influencers, as well as supporting content and creative output across a variety of brands and categories globally. Born and raised in New York City, Chelsea began her career as a Fine Arts major with a concentration in Painting before transitioning to Marketing at Red Bull North America. She joined ATTENTION in 2014 as Content & Social Media Manager, and in early 2016, moved to Los Angeles for the second time to help build their west coast presence from the ground up and take the lead on Influencer Marketing at the agency. Her mixed professional backgrounds give her a unique ability to communicate with artists, creators, and clients of all kinds. In her spare time, she is often found traveling, trying new skincare products, or writing personal essays and poetry.

Claire Collins (@daclairecollins) leads the North American operations of Gleam Futures, a management agency specializing in digital-first talent. Claire moved to Los Angeles from London in 2010, joining StyleHaul, the largest multi-channel video network in the fashion and beauty space. There she developed the careers of international social talent and spearheaded revenue-driving branded content and digital campaigns with brands including L’Oreal, Unilever and GAP. Claire’s specialty lies in seamlessly integrating traditional fashion and beauty brands with digital influencers. In her role at Gleam, Claire manages the careers of leading digital stars including Claire Marshall and Claudia Sulewski. She inks multi-platform global branded content deals and constantly stirs her clients and their personal brands, growing their reach and engagement on social media platforms. Closely connected to her counterparts in Europe, Claire works with major UK talent including Zoella, Pixiwoo, and Tanya Burr. Gleam expands their social media influence into the creation of consumer products and original IP. In a wide-ranging career, Claire has worked in-house for Benefit Cosmetics, LVMH in Europe, producing and managing global marketing campaigns and product launches.
